We went to New York City in February for the Westminster Kennel Club dog show and arrived a day ahead of a record-setting blizzard. The city works quite well anyway, due to the subway system which was unaffected by snow. I rode a double decker tourist bus around at the beginning of the storm and took a few pics before the biting cold sent me to the heated lower level.
