We've had the Sacco dog cart for several years, and our two Borzoi teams have logged over 1000 miles in harness in the winter months.

Patti Neale (zoisrus) > My sister, Karen, lives in Parker, Colorado and drives Fjord horses. She visited in December 2004 and couldn't wait to get out on the cart and try driving the Borzoi. Boston and Zorro thought it was odd that I was out in front of them on a bicycle, instead of behind, but they were good sports, as usual. They just love to GO!

Patti Neale (zoisrus) > I wanted to train one of the dogs to go out in front as a lead dog. Caldonia (Midge) was the best choice. She is wearing a double X back harness like the sled dogs, and pulling off to the side on our lawn while her regular partner, Tattoo, pulls with Zorro.
